Purchasing and Using Credits

Welcome to the guide on purchasing and using credits with Peppery AI Food Photography. Follow these steps to buy credits and use them to generate stunning food photos.

Step 1: Log In to Your Account #

  1. Go to the Peppery AI Food Photography login page.
  2. Enter your email and password, then click “Log In”.
  3. If you don’t have an account, you can sign up here.

Step 2: Navigate to the Buy Credits Section #

  1. Once logged in, you’ll be taken to your dashboard.
  2. Click on the “Buy Credits” button in the top navigation menu.

Step 3: Choose a Credit Package #

  1. In the “Buy Credits” section, you’ll see several credit packages available for purchase:
    • 10 Photos – $19 ($1.9/image)
    • 35 Photos – $49 ($1.4/image)
    • 100 Photos – $99 ($0.99/image)
    • 300 Photos – $189 ($0.66/image)
  2. Review the packages and select the one that best fits your needs by clicking the “Buy” button under the desired package.

Step 4: Complete Your Purchase #

  1. After selecting a package, you’ll be directed to the payment page.
  2. Enter your payment details, including your credit card information or choose another payment method if available.
  3. Review your order and click “Confirm Purchase” to complete the transaction.

Step 5: Check Your Credit Balance #

  1. After your purchase is complete, you can check your credit balance.
  2. Your current credit balance is displayed in the top right corner of the dashboard next to “Credits”.
  3. Your new credits will be automatically added to your account. However it can take a moment to update.

Step 6: Using Credits to Generate Photos #

  1. Navigate to the “Generate” section from the top menu.
  2. Enter the description of your dish, choose the composition, style, and format as described in the How to Generate Photos guide.
  3. Click the “Generate” button to create your photo. The required credits will be deducted from your balance.
  4. Each generated photo will deduct one credit from your balance.

Managing Your Credits #

  1. View Credit History:
    • You can view your credit usage history by going to your account settings.
    • This will show a detailed list of when and how credits were used.
  2. Purchasing More Credits:
    • If you run out of credits, simply repeat the purchasing steps to add more credits to your account.

Troubleshooting Credit Issues #

  • Payment Issues:
    • If you experience any issues during the payment process, please check your payment details and try again.

  • Credit Balance Not Updating:
    • If your credit balance does not update after a purchase, try refreshing the page or logging out and back in.
